Product images are representative. Prices shown are indicative for standard sizes and are confirmed after site measurement. Final designs, materials and timelines are as per the signed quotation. Offers are valid for the stated period and cannot be combined unless stated.

Refunds & cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before design sign-off.
• After design sign-off and start of manufacture, custom-made items are non-refundable; advance amounts may be adjusted against changes.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Manufacturing defects reported at installation are repaired or replaced.

Shipping & installation

• We serve Raipur and nearby areas; delivery and installation are included within city limits.
• Typical timeline: 30–45 days from design sign-off, depending on scope.
• Our team will contact you to schedule delivery and installation slots.
